Betley is our go-to place to get all our company trucks serviced. They keep you up to date with constant communication and, most importantly, the repairs are done right and quickly so we can get back to work.

They do great work and promptly. The only downside is that it takes so long to schedule an appt.

The Equinox is the 12th car I've purchased, and this was the absolute BEST experience I've ever had. Since the Sales Exec is the face of the dealership, that person's personality, friendliness, helpfulness, attitude and approach toward customers is key to the opinion of the dealership. Brian is by far the best Sales Exec. He wasn't pushy - he followed up, he listened to what my priorities were and helped me find the car I wanted - including contacting a company that converted the cloth seats to leather! making my Equinox perfect. And when other dealers himmed and hawed about giving me the family discount, Betley didn't hesitate and got my business over 4 other dealerships that thought nagging was better than customer service. I have already recommended Betley to 3 other people I know are car shopping because I know they will get a good deal and be treated exceptionally well.

I came in for a state inspection and was in and out in record time. Everyone I talked to was friendly, professional, and courteous. I will absolutely be back again!
