Body Shop - WOW - AWESOME. Everything went so smooth. My 3 week old Traverse with 400 miles on was hit in a parking lot and the other driver just left with no note or anything. Made an appointment for the estimate and they worked with my insurance company with all the details. They have Enterprise Rent-a-Car right there to cover the rental. Couple weeks later after the parts came in they took my car on the appointed day and they finished 5 days later exactly when they said they would. Dropped off the rental and drove away with an EXPERTLY repaired car. They cleaned the car inside and out. From start to finish friendly, professional and couldn't be happier. GREAT JOB GUYS!!

The service person seems to explain the problem but it took a long time to fix the problem and I don’t know if it was a difficult problem to solve or mechanic didn’t know what he was doing.

Was a good visit Serv stabilitrac light was on. Ended up being a bad spark plug 2014 equinox. The kept me informed on info from diagnostics test and what it may be.

I have been a Customer Service Supervisor for 22 years and would gladly hire any of your employees in a customer service position. They always greet customers professionally, take the time to find out what the customer needs, and if anything else is needed they make suggestions as necessary. There is never any pressure and the work is done quickly and professionally.
