Highly recommend dealing with Jamie! We did the entire deal over the phone and all the paper work was there waiting for us when we arrived. The vehicle was everything he said it was (it was a brand new Traverse) and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes!

2015 ford f150 platinum was T Boned on the passengers side. I looked around for autobody shops to take it to and decided on Betley Chevrolet Auto Body Shop. Dan Masse did is great job with communication. I took a month to leave a review just incase I jumped to soon. Well all is good with my truck a month later. Everything is tight and looks great. Paint matched perfect no rattles . I mean I had over 17k of damage done . (crazy how insurance doesn't total ) and looks brand new . Thanks , Dan and the Team . Ed

we bought a 2020 Malibu and we had it for three years, it was perfect no problems. so we came buy to check on a 2024 Malibu, we saw what we liked and the salesman helped us out and answered all our questions and concerns, for a upgrade. It was easy and quick and we enjoyed the buying process.

Salesman, John Martinelli, was awesome. We met with him a couple of weeks before during our early search for a car. During that time, there was no follow-up from him, which I respect. He knew we were looking at other brands. When we finally made up our minds, my wife said we were going back to Betley to keep it local and because there was no pressure from John.

I arrived in time for my appointment. They took me in right away. I waited no more then a half hour and I was on my way. I needed an inspection sticker. I could go anywhere but I bought my car there and will always go back for whatever is needed. Always friendly never had an issue.

I cannot thank Dan and the collision center team enough for the work they did on my Toyota. I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer on the highway in late September and had a decent amount of damage to the front of my vehicle. About a month of suffering with a rental but my car looks brand new like nothing even happened! Whenever I called for an update I either got a personal call or email back from Dan same day with any updates or answers to my questions. I highly recommend Betley for any collision services 👍🏻

I had damage from hitting a rock with my vehicle on 9/16. I was referred to Betley by my insurance carrier. Betley handled all the paperwork and billing with my insurance. I only paid the deductible. The auto body manager was very pleasant to deal with. I picked up my repaired vehicle this morning and they did a beautiful job and completed my claim. It’s like a brand new vehicle again. Highly recommend.

I met with Steve Ricker on a Saturday morning to take the truck for a test drive. He was very professional and understanding of what I was looking for in a truck. I left to test drive the other major brands over the weekend and decide to work with him. I called Monday morning and told I wanted the truck. We did everything over the phone and picked up the truck Tuesday afternoon. I appreciated working with him and will be highly recommending him to everybody.

Had some body work done from their body shop after an accident. They did a great job! Very good communication and got it done quick. It looked like they had the cab of the van detailed it was so clean when they were done. Great job guys! I highly recommend them.
Service dept was great, I had a problem made an appointment but the problem happened before the appointment date, got it to the dealer and they brought it right in , checked it, found the problem, fixed it, tested it and it is running perfect again. Great communications with the service dept. Excellent experience besides the break down. Kind of wish I had shopped/bought here before this car. Great dealership!!

I had called 3 times for the service department and left a voice mail each time with no return call over a 4 day period. I then book a service appointment online through their website. I got a confirmation email and 3 texts over the 2 weeks before my appointment but when I arrived, there was nothing in their system about it. Turns out there is a glitch with online scheduling. They apologized and still honored my time slot for the service.

Brian is quick to respond to inquiries, but getting me in within minutes of my call (due to some last minute cancelations) made it a swift and thorough experience to not only check and fix the screw in my tire, but deal with the oil change too. To be honest at first they didn’t want to nor try to make a deal. I had to push them to run it through F&I and once they did my salesman called back to apologize for being what he quoted as “negative” needless to say I am happy with my purchase and after that all went smooth and kind with my customer service.

I called several times to make an appointment but no one answered or responded to my voice message. I eventually made an appointment online. Service department called in advance to make sure they had the parts for the repair which was much appreciated.
Always find their help and work are top-notch. Everyone pleasant and patient. My only disappointment occurred a couple of years ago when the dealership eliminated the option of detailing the car for regular customers. It was nice to have done every spring.
They were fast and efficient. Everyone was polite and helpful. The waiting area was clean. It would be nice if the price for services was clearly listed on the website so we can know before we arrive. Thanks.
