Betley sold me a car with a known issue in the navigation system. This issue was not communicated to me when I bought the car. The screen pixilates, goes black and the rear camera comes on while driving forward. There is no fix for this issues and the dealership was rude and condescending when I called about it.

To be honest at first they didn’t want to nor try to make a deal. I had to push them to run it through F&I and once they did my salesman called back to apologize for being what he quoted as “negative” needless to say I am happy with my purchase and after that all went smooth and kind with my customer service.
