The RS trim has a 308 horsepower, 3.6 liter, V6 engine with 270 pound-feet of torque. The engines work with a 9-speed automatic transmission. All trims have front-wheel drive and available all-wheel drive. Blazers with V-6 engines have trim-specific tuned suspension dampers, an enhanced steering ratio and a torque vectoring rear-end that creates a responsive ride and great handling.

It has front-wheel drive and available all-wheel drive. Plus, a 3.6 liter, V6 engine is an option. Interior features include a 4.2-inch, full-color, driver-information display, 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat and dual-zone climate control. Safety features are automatic emergency braking, forward-collision warning, lane-keep assist, lane departure warning and following-distance indicator.

3LT

The 3LT has the 2LT’s features and adds remote engine start, heated front seats, power liftgate, leather-trimmed seats and blind-spot monitoring. The 2LT’s optional equipment is standard on the 3LT. That includes the Convenience and Driver Confidence package and the Sound and Technology package. Plus, it adds a leather-wrapped steering wheel, power 6-way front passenger seat and perforated leather upholstery. The 3LT can tow 4,500 pounds and can add a panoramic glass sunroof.

RS

This trim has a 308 horsepower, 3.6 liter, V6 gasoline engine and a 9-speed automatic transmission with 270 pound-feet of torque. It has front-wheel drive and an available advanced all-wheel drive setup with a twin-clutch transmission. The RS trim has the 3LT’s features and an 8-inch driver-information center, adaptive cruise control, hands-free power liftgate, black perforated leather upholstery featuring red stitching, navigation, LED interior lighting, heated steering wheel, blacked-out exterior trim and 20-inch gloss-black rims. It has a SiriusXM 360 trial subscription and the option to get the Enhanced Convenience and Driver Confidence II packages and 21-inch wheels.

Premier

This trim is powered by either a 228 horsepower, 2.0 liter turbocharged, Inline-4 engine or a 308 horsepower, 3.6 liter, V6 engine. Both engines work with a 9-speed automatic transmission. It can have either front-wheel or all-wheel drive. The Premier trim has the RS trim’s features and adds a chrome-trimmed horizontal grille, silver roof rails, front seats that are heated and ventilated, heated rear outboard seats, dark lower body trim, 20-inch rims and dual-outlet exhaust pipes. It can have front seats that are heated and ventilated, heated rear seats, a Bose 8-speaker sound system and the Driver Confidence II package.

There are several packages buyers can add to their Blazers to make them better suited for their needs. They include:

Trailering Package

Standard on all-wheel drive models and available on front-drive models, this package adds an engine block heater, heavy-duty cooling system, 18 to 20-inch wheel options and additional appearance, roadside safety and storage packages.

Enhanced Convenience Package

This package adds a power-adjustable steering column, Bose audio system, front seats that are heated and ventilated, heated rear seats and a steering column, driver’s seat and mirrors with memory settings.
